Service Description

You'll be sent a questionnaire ahead of the session to complete so I can get to know you and prepare for you, so get the most of our time together. Sessions will be online at a mutually convenient time, with the session recorded and sent to you to refer to and digest at your leisure. I will answer your questions and help you to create tangible action plans with a follow up resource pack based on the discussion. If you require further support sessions can be block booked on request.
